A map of differences between the situation on the ground and EGiB, built from free GUGiK data

Changelog

SHA-256 hashes of the input data stored with the result: of each downloaded LAZ sheet (file) and of the EGiB data (sorted identifiers, types and geometries to 1 cm, so the same hash means the same buildings). Shown in the Data sources section, in the PDF report and in the sources table of the GeoPackage file.

GeoPackage export in PL-2000 with five layers: changes to check, boundary objects not assessed, LiDAR outlines, EGiB buildings and the comparison extent.
Objects cut by the boundary of the area or of the point cloud are shown on the map (grey dashed outline), in the legend, summary and PDF report; no marking no longer looks like "no change".

Fixes after audit no. 1: complete paging of EGiB buildings (also when the count is "unknown"); a service response other than a WFS collection and a failed LiDAR year end the analysis with an error instead of an empty result (A01-A03).
Item status and notes are saved with ordering control: a late request cannot overwrite a later decision, and a change from another window is reported as a conflict (A04).
Cache cleanup no longer removes the sheets of the current analysis; an invalid form token gives error 400 instead of 500 (A05, A06).
Data quality warnings: a cloud without building-class points and an empty EGiB response. The parameters, portal version and EGiB download time are stored with the result; the difference between datasets and a change on the ground is explained.
GeoJSON export in WGS84 compliant with RFC 7946, next to the existing PL-1992 one.
Audits page with audit reports (after signing in).

English version of the whole portal: PL / EN switch in the top line, including e-mails, exports and the PDF report.
Surveying firm card (name, surveyor, licence number and scope under Art. 43 of the Polish Geodetic and Cartographic Law, address, tax and business IDs, contact) in the PDF report header and the DXF title block.
PDF analysis report: map on the orthophoto, list of changes with PL-2000 coordinates, data sources and disclaimers.
Change history: who changed what and when (analyses, statuses, notes, firm cards, accounts). Password history and active sessions on the account page.
Comparison only where GUGiK provides a LiDAR point cloud: buildings outside the cloud no longer produce false MISSING items, and the analysis page shows the coverage.
Extensions from about 2,5 m deep are no longer removed together with the eaves band (previously only from 3 m), while roof overhangs along the walls are still ignored; outlines cut by the area boundary are not listed.
A GUGiK service failure ends the analysis with a clear error instead of a result based on an older point cloud or without EGiB buildings.
Security: server-side sessions (logging out invalidates the session), the last 5 passwords cannot be reused, analyses visible only to their owner and the administrator.

First release: map with the GUGiK orthophoto, parcel and address search, LiDAR class 6 analysis against EGiB, list of changes with status and notes, CSV, DXF and GeoJSON export, accounts with login history and password reset by e-mail.
